My family in the Philippines recently received their Permanent Residence visa for immigrating to Canada. I wish to thank Gurleen and Karl for their professionalism and expertise in helping us through the process. We obtained the visa within the time line they had indicated. With their help filling out all the forms and getting the information right the first time we had no unexpected delays. Also the staff were very helpful. I cannot thank the team at Preferred Immigration Services enough for their incredible dedication and professionalism in handling my PR application for the Home Care Worker Pilot. From the very beginning, they were transparent, responsive, and truly invested in my success. The submission process for this program was notoriously difficult, it was plagued with technical issues, system crashes, and a race against the clock. Despite all of that, the Preferred team remained calm, focused, and persistent. They worked tirelessly through all the setbacks, even rebuilding applications from scratch when the system wiped them out. It’s clear that they didn’t treat this as just another task, they treated it like a mission. Because of their hard work and determination, my application was successfully submitted before the program closed, which is no small feat given how quickly it reached capacity. I genuinely feel so fortunate to have had them in my corner during this process. To anyone considering their services: you are in incredibly good hands.
