Funny story. So I found this law firm by accident and I will proudly say this is the best accident of my life. I sent my package to my previous lawyer and it was delivered to Sue the receptionist. Wrong office! Instead of tossing it she called my number and told me. When I found the location I was greeted with the biggest most genuine smile. I explained to her that those were additional information request by immigration to complete my filing which I was dealing with for 2 and a half yrs with Armstrong law. By the was if you want to be turned down and charged 12000 dollars please go see them. Sue said to me "save our number just in case things don't work out and we will help you". Turns out I got denied. I called Sue and she put me on to Neha. She promised me everything will be ok and give it one yr to do so. Let me just say that in 10 months I'm a permanent resident with only a quarter of the money I previously spent! Manavi and Neha I owe it all to. They are real, patient and kind. They are quick and efficient. I have never called or emailed and didn't get a reply right away or by days end. They are family to me at Preferred Immigration. I recommend this company to anyone that is serious about their status. I am beyond happy and satisfied with their service and they honestly care about your well being! Thank you so so so much!!!

The whole entire staff at Preferred Immigration is absolutely amazing. Neha and Manavi worked on my PR application. They are both so friendly, astute, quick to respond to emails and made the whole entire process very streamlined. I'm incredibly grateful for their work. Very reliable company, we had 2 caregivers through Preferred Personnel so far. Quick responds to all my inquiries. During the interview, the government officer also acknowledged that Preferred Personnel "did a good job" with the application; He said everything is good and thought the application was well done.

Carl and Neha were professional and informative helping you through the application and helping us understanding the process. Fee is reasonable compare to others which likely less professional for the same price. We got our LMIA approved and will continue to use their service for the work permit and future application. Preferred Immigration Service has helped me to process an LMIA / work visa two times for a caregiver (1 new and 1 renewal) and they were helpful and professional in guiding me through the entire process successfully both times. Everyone was responsive to emails and phone calls. Their fees seem reasonable (compared to companies in Toronto). However, recently, I am compelled to update my review. In addition to the LMIA, I need to submit a form so the LMIA can be reflected in my caregiver's passport - a service Preferred Nannies provides for $500+. I wanted to see if I could process the form on my own and Preferred Nannies refused to tell me just the name of the form so I can look on a govt website. They said I have to pay $500+ if I want any of their help. Really wasn't happy with their response after spending ~$4,500 for their services to process two LMIAs..
